1st MACSIM: Some Attendance Details

A few important details for attending MACSIM this weekend:

• The doors of the building MACSIM is taking place in are generally locked on the weekend. We will have someone at the door from 9-10 on Saturday morning – so please arrive on time (breakfast, registration, and poster setup start at 9!). After that, there will be a phone number posted at the door that you can call if you need someone to let you in.

• There are several entrances to the building at 3401 Walnut. Be sure to take entrance A, right next to Starbucks at the corner of 34th and Walnut.

• – The program is now fully available on the website (there were a few minor changes to the poster sessions). A printed brochure with the abstracts will be available on site (click here for the pdf version).

• Travel information is on the website (including information for parking etc.)

• We will provide access codes to Penn’s Wireless network, in case you want to bring your laptop.
