  • The doors of the building MACSIM is taking place in are generally locked on the weekend. We will have someone at the door from 9-10 on Saturday morning – so please arrive on time (breakfast, registration, and poster setup start at 9!). After that, there will be a phone number posted at the door that you can call if you need someone to let you in.
  • - The program is now fully available on the website (there were a few minor changes to the poster sessions). A printed brochure with the abstracts will be available on site (click here for the pdf version).
  • We will provide access codes to Penn’s Wireless network, in case you want to bring your laptop.

We’ll provide a printed booklet with all abstracts at the workshop, too, so that you get an idea of what’s going on during the poster sessions.

If you’re planning on attending and haven’t registered yet, please do so right away!

Also, remember that if you want a MACSIM T-shirt, you need to email Alexander Williams by April 1 (see T-Shirt for details).

If you are presenting and haven’t submitted a title yet, please do so ASAP. The easiest way of doing this is by registering on the registration page.

Generally, everyone planning to attend is asked to register there ASAP, to facilitate the planning logistics.
